Awesome MOVALA partially opens, new businesses coming

"Over the top": that's how Stober Group Director of Development Joanne Adamson describes the stunning MOVALA development that is well on the way to completion on Lakeshore Road.

Phase 1 is now being occupied and Phase 2 is set to finish in 2026. There will be a total of 325 homes.

In addition to the high end finish of the accommodations, residents will have access to extraordinary indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.

With MOVALA now an active part of the community, two businesses have been confirmed as ground level retail tenants : Jugo Juice and Chocolats Favoris. They will not only serve the new residents but will take advantage of the high traffic location next to parks and beaches and hope to become favourites with the neighborhood and visitors alike.

The 16,000 square feet of premium retail space will see other new businesses set up soon, including a new restaurant which has yet to be named.
